Questions About Working With Us
Which parts of London do you cover?
Mainly central and inner London, including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Mayfair, Islington, Hampstead, Greenwich, King’s Cross and Fitzrovia. If your area is not listed below, send us the address and a short description of the work and we will confirm.
Do you work on listed buildings and conservation areas?
Yes. Most of our projects are in existing buildings, many of them listed or in conservation areas, where structure, sequencing and finishes need careful planning.
Can you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. We can work from your architect’s drawings as main contractor, or take on design development and construction together under a design and build approach.
Are you accredited?
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and registered with TrustMark, and our managing director holds the CITB SMSTS certificate. We carry all-risk, public liability, employer’s liability and contract works insurance.
