Clerk of works
All our Clerk of Works are from a technical construction background and are therefore able to assist the construction process through suggesting alternative design solutions and general problem solving.
Our Quantity Surveying team provide a hands-on service to our clients to add value to the construction process from project inception through effective feasibility studies, design development cost planning and pre-tender estimating to maximise client confidence in the viability of proposed new-build or refurbishment work.
