LACD is a London construction company delivering residential refurbishment, house extensions, structural alterations and commercial fit-out projects across London. Founded by a structural engineer, we combine technical understanding with practical project delivery.
Who We Are
A construction company built on technical understanding
London Art Construction and Design Ltd is a main contractor for residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. We have been building in London since 2009, working with homeowners, architects, investors and developers.
Our managing director is a structural engineer with over 20 years of experience managing residential and commercial construction projects. He holds the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate and is working towards the APM Project Management qualification.
That background shapes how we work. Structural questions are answered at the design stage, costs are discussed before they are committed, and the people who plan the job are on site to see it built.
Our Approach
Practical, considered construction across London
Most of our projects are in existing buildings, including listed properties, conservation areas and occupied homes. Good results depend on technical clarity before work starts and careful sequencing once it does.
