What mattered on this project
- A fast-track programme. The conversion from office to restaurant and bar was delivered on a compressed programme, so design decisions, procurement and trades were coordinated early.
- Changing the use of the space. An office layout and services had to be reworked for a commercial kitchen, a bar and customer areas.
- Joinery as the centrepiece. The bar, counters, DJ booth and architectural details were made as specialist joinery.
