What mattered on this project

  • The restaurant kept trading. The restaurant’s operation was not interrupted at any point while the works were carried out.
  • Matching what was already there. The new panelling, banquette, shelves and counters follow the design of the existing upstairs interior, so the refurbished areas read as part of the same restaurant.
  • Client-supplied materials. Floor boards, oak worktops, light fittings and the courtyard shed were supplied by the client and installed by LACD.
